We accept children at the age of

4.0 years as on 31-03-2024 for KG1

5.0 years as on 31-03-2024 for KG 2

6.0 years and above as on 31-03-2024 for Grade 1

Check list for documents required for filling the registration form

  1. 6 recent passport size photographs
  2. Copy of Passport with valid Residence Visa (Both 1st and last page)
  3. Copy of Emirates ID (Front and Back)
  4. Copy of attested Birth certificates
  5. Copy of Immunization records
  6. Copy of Insurance card (Front and Back)
  7. Copy of previous school records (if applicable)
  8. Copy of attested transfer certificate (if applicable)
  9. For admissions from other countries, the Transfer Certificate must be attested by the Ministry of Education over and above the attestation from the respective school followed by the Ministry of Foreign affairs & by the U.A.E. consulate/embassy located in the country.
  10. For admissions from any other Emirate besides Abu Dhabi, the Transfer Certificate must be attested by the Ministry of Education over and above the attestation from the respective school.
  11. For admissions from India, the Transfer Certificate needs to be attested by:-
  • The District Education Officer/CBSE Regional Office (The Transfer Certificate has to be verified by the Education Office/CBSE Regional Office of the Zone/District/Area, from where the T.C. has been obtained).
  • The Indian Consulate/Embassy (The seal and signature of the Education Officer/CBSE Regional Office has to be attested by the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi)
  • The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (UAE)

Check List for both the parents (mother and father)

  1. Copy of Passports of Father and Mother (First and Last page) and valid residence Visa
  2. Copy of Emirates ID (Front and Back)
  3. Copy of recent Electricity Bill

Note:

Kindly note the above documents are compulsory as Registrations will not be processed without this.

The above documents will be submitted at the time of admissions.

 Fees Structure & Refund Policy 

There will be 03 equal installments for tuition fees in each Academic Year (April to March)
Refund policy for the Tuition fees

  • If a student attends any part of week one of the term or fails to show up at all without the Parent/Guardian notifying the School in writing sufficiently n advance before the beginning of a term. In such a case, the School may retain the value of the registration or re-registration fees.
  • If a student attends from one week and up to three weeks in a term, the School may retain the value of one full month of tuition fees.
  • If a student attends over three weeks and up to six weeks in a term, the School may retain the value of two full months of tuition fees.
  • If a student attends over six weeks in a term, the School may retain the full-term fee.

The transportation fees will be refunded in the same manner as the school fees.

**All official holidays and absences from the class will be considered as a part of the week.
**Attendance of the child will be calculated based on his/her physical attendance at the school and parent/guardian's mail notifying     the last date.
**In case of a long absentee child the date on which parent/guardian sends the mail requesting for a withdrawal/transfer certificate     will be considered as the last date of attendance.
